Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Sale items, custom pieces, and gift cards are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@orgulloinspiracion.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges (U.S. only) within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping for exchange. Email us at support@orgulloinspiracion.com to start an exchange and we’ll help you find the right fit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Send a photo and your order number to support@orgulloinspiracion.com and we’ll make it right.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
